- Shrimp atop fresh greens with diced egg, tomato, avocado, and gorgonzola. Served with lemon herbed vinaigrette.

- Spring Mix with grilled chicken breast, cucumber, tomato, feta cheese, red onions, olives, bell peppers, with garlic croutons, and red wine vinaigrette.
