Shrimp Salad
Shrimp atop fresh greens with diced egg, tomato, avocado, and gorgonzola. Served with lemon herbed vinaigrette.

Spring Mix with grilled chicken breast, cucumber, tomato, feta cheese, red onions, olives, bell peppers, with garlic croutons, and red wine vinaigrette.

Plated Luncheons
